Kelly Nolan, CEO
Kelly currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of St. Leonard’s Community Support, Prevention, and Residential Services. A graduate with honors in both Business Administration and Liberal Arts from Loyalist College, Kelly was inspired to join St. Leonard’s in Trenton following a rewarding placement experience. Over the course of the next decade, Kelly worked at all levels within the organization before advancing to the role of Executive Director in 2013. In April of 2024 Kelly celebrated her 25th year of service with the organization.
Under Kelly’s leadership, St. Leonard’s successfully navigated the merger of two long-standing non-profit organizations. Most recently embarking on a new project to offer transitional housing to vulnerable youth in our community. Kelly is committed to securing sustainable funding to ensure St. Leonard’s remains competitive in attaining and retaining quality staff and to provide exceptional care and programming for the youth and families we serve.
