Reintegration

Empowering youth, transforming futures.  Our Reintegration program supports youth to successfully reintegrate into their communities through individualized support, education, and mentorship.

Program Details

Youth on a probation order have the opportunity to work with our Reintegration Workers to set goals and take the initial first steps to overcoming adversity, rebuild their lives and create a brighter future.

Youth can expect support in educational planning, employment readiness, job search and application, obtaining ID, finding and connecting with community services (i.e. mental health services), housing assistance, community service, and life-skills programming.

Program Goals

  • Improve academic and employment outcomes
  • Enhance community safety
  • Stronger family and community connections
  • Positive behavioural change

Youth 12-17 years of age, who have been found guilty of an offence and placed on a Probation Order, Deferred Custody Order, or Conditional Discharge.
